[TSVN] NT4: No popup dialogs appear

Hi all,

I followed the installation procedures described in the FAQ and patched
shell32.dll to version 4.72.

After installing TSVN, erverything seemed to be fine. I saw the checkout
entry in the context menu, and the others in a submenu with the same label
as the next menu entry. But when I click on any of them, no popup dialog
appears, the context menu just closes and nothing happens.

What did I miss?
