The repository browser is for _browsing_ a repository, not for
dumping/loading it or its maintenance.

Then I would have to wait too long after each new Subversion release
before I can release a new TSVN version - the windows binaries usually
take about a week to be released after an official Subversion release.
Also, the TSVN installer would grow a lot, for something most people
don't ever need.

I think it's mentioned somewhere in our docs. But check out the
Subversion file section - the old versions are still there. So just grab
the version you need and do the dump, the use the current version to
load it again.
