[TSVN] odd behaviour

Just some odd logic behavior

Select commit on the root of a large versioned project
Dialogue box comes up. OK, CANCEL buttons disabled (why can't you cancel
yet?)
Type something into commit log (while list is yet to be populated), OK
button Enabled, CANCEL button disabled (not good).

I suspect a minor logic flaw, maybe something along the lines of
Ok.enabled == somethingInLogThatMeetsCriteria && thereIsStuffInTheListView
called every-so-often.

My feeling is that the user should be able to hit cancel at any time -
before the listview has been populated, but then again it would in all
likelihood screw the mechanisium to get modified files as the svn api
doesn't allow you to cancel stuff while its doing stuff (or does it).

Anyway, keep up the good work.
