[TSVN] Preserve file name for diff

When doing diff from log window names for files are assigned generic
svnxxx.tmp and svnyyy.tmp. Some diff programs, like Beyond Compare, are able
to provide different diff “viewers” based on the file type (extension). So,
for example, if files have .jpg extension Beyond Compare would use picture
viewer, or when extension is .dll it would use hex or version viewer, etc.

Should someone create the ticket to request this? File names can be something
like svnxxx-original_name.original_ext, to preserve both original names, and
revision numbers.
