[TSVN] changes not noticed in some directories

Hello,
I'm having trouble getting certain files to commit using TortoiseSVN. I couldn't see a similar issue reported on the dev@tortoisesvn.tigris.org mailing list archive, but I could have missed it... :-(
I have a directory, "storeLocator", with 75 sub-directories in it, "aberdeenshire", "avon", ..., "west yorkshire", "wiltshire" and "worcestershire" and have just noticed that if I change a file in "west yorkshire", "wiltshire" and "worcestershire" and commit the StoreLocator dir, the file in "west yorkshire" is committed, but the files in the other 2 dirs are not.
I updated my TortoiseSVN from 1.0.7 -> 1.0.8 and svn from 1.0.5 -> 1.0.6, but it made no difference. I am running Win2k Pro with most recent service packs/patches and the repository is on a Solaris 8 UltraSparc box, svn 1.0.5 (from sunfreeware.com).
I can't see that I'm doing anything wrong but sorry if I've missed anything obvious and let me know if I you want to know anything more about the set-up.
Thanks,
Tim
