I think this would be a bad idea. The doubleclick should open a diff
viewer, like it does now.

If you want to comment on different files, you can still commit them in
small groups. I must say that i'm not the biggest fan of commenting on
the single-file-layer at all. It's often a sign that your changeset is
too big, and should be divided in smaller commits. (because a changset
is IMHO thought to solve a single problem, add a single feature, etc..
the need to make different comments for different files shouldn't arise
too often.)

Hmm, i think difficulty of implementation doesn't count here (at least
not as long as it's something like adding a button). But i would prefer
a solution that adds the most usability to TSVN, like the history
drop-down box (shameless plug ;).
