If it is the default behaviour, then it's redundant with the bottom of the
log message that already indicates all the modified files.
If a button, then maybe "Get Modifications" or "Import Changes"
Btw, thought Ctrl-A could be activated in the log message box to select
the entire message. I normally keep my log up to date in a separate file
so when I commit, I cut and paste. But when I want to change something
that's already in the log message box, the easiest way for me is to change
in my file, then select all and replace.
