[TSVN] Remembered commit message zero length error

Suppose I attempt a commit and write a log message but the commit fails.
If I correct the problem and attempt to commit again, TSVN correctly
remembers (as per my options) the commit message. However, the OK button is
greyed since I haven't entered any text on this commit attempt and I have a
non-zero minimum length. If I enter any letter and then delete it again I
can now click OK and commit.
