For a single file/directory:

SVN Update <filename>
SVN Update [<directoryname>]

for the taskbar, it would be better the other way round, though:

<filename> - SVN Update
[<directoryname>] - SVN Update

For multiple selection:

SVN Update

or, maybe

SVN Update (Multiple Items)
