[TSVN] Cursor hourglass handling

Hi,

just a small suggestion:

On lengthy TSVN operations like checking out a complete repository TSVN
displays the hourglass cursor. Since I can do all normal operations on the
checkout window like move, resize, clicking cancel and so on, the hourglass
is confusing and implies the opposite (mouse currently useless). I suggest
you leave the standard arrow cursor during these operations. Even windows
explorer does not display the hourglass when copying files, but a neat
animation instead.
