[TSVN] Can Branch/Tag dialog remember settings?

From: Russell Hind <rhind_at_mac.com>

The commit window remembers settings if the branchs is aborted due to an
error?

I keep hitting this (will hopefully remember to 'Update' before branching)

1 Make a change to some files in working copy. Commit the working-copy
tree (so all files). Then try and branch the the working-copy. I
receive an error saying certain files are out of date.

I have to perform an update just to bring the folder revisions up to
date. (no files are modified). The branch then works successfully. Is
this the desired behaviour?

If so, can the branch window remember its settings if cancelled or the
branch fails?

Thanks

Russell
