Hi all out there!
Some months ago I had asked on the users list about a post-
update hook. Well, as logics should have told me before, that's not
possible. However, if everyone would use a batchfile for svn update
I would have been closer to what I wanted: updating unversioned
generated files in every working copy every time when the
versioned data file for these generated files was modified.
Of course that batchfile could run TSVN, too. My suggestion,
though, is Would it be useful for others, too, to add a settings
option "Program to be run after (successful) update"?
Just a suggestion, don't expect using SVN too much any longer as
there is some talks here about content management system
(neither know nor care for what this is, at least it will not be me
introducing it). Nevertheless, as the websites here are to change
from static to dynamic and renaming thousands of files in one
operation is not a task done comfortably and automatically and fast
in SVN, the time would be fine for dropping one system, also in
respect of the license discussion I just noticed on the users list
last week ...

PS:
I will not get/see any mail to this address nor to the list as I finally
had to abandon collecting mail from this address. Currently
workload is too heavy to follow such high-volume lists. Anyone
eager going through about 5000+ unread list mails? <GG>

In memoriam Ronald Reagan:
Yet any time you and I question the schemes of the do-gooders,
we're denounced as being opposed to their humanitarian goals.
It seems impossible to legitimately debate their solutions
with the assumption that all of us share the desire to help
the less fortunate. They tell us we're always 'against',
never 'for' anything.
