[TSVN] Russian Translation

Hello dev,

  I begin using russian TSVN and retranslate many entries in my previous
  translation. But I have found new version of translating on site. I
  can't merge it because there is utf-8 encoding and many changes in
  '#: ID:'-like strings.

  But I think if I send my updated translation, it will be
  considerably better than use old version. There is one problem --
  ten new strings added. How can I get attached file with ten
  non-translated strings?
