[TSVN] Column view

The latest versions of TSVN no longer have the "SVN ..." columns showing as
default in column view. In addition these columns now appear at the end of
the list when you right click and select "more...".

Is this intentional, and if so why? It takes a lot of extra clicks on each
folder to show them.
If not, can it be changed back to the previous behaviour? I don't remember
seeing any discussion about this on the list recently.

As an extension to this request, a few weeks ago I enquired whether a
particular view (e.g. column view with certain columns showing) could be
remembered as default but _only_ for SVN working copy folders. The normal
Windows default would apply to other folders. Am I asking the impossible
here - is this outside of TSVN control?
