Use the -s switch of windows' ftp (see

Roughly. The KL/prod could live in two subdirectories

config/K
config/L
config/prod/K
config/prod/L

then when copying your working copy to the server config/prod/* would
be copied to

server.com/.../config/K
server.com/.../config/L
