I know! That's what I was talking about: TSVN _has_ to set the
APR_ICONV_PATH variable to its own iconv folder. And because TSVN has a
shell extension part which does that too...
Just open a DOS-box and enter %APR_ICONV_PATH% - you'll see that it
still points to the TSVN iconv folder.

I honestly don't know. You should ask that kind of question on the
subversion mailing list.
