Hmmm - I think if you have TSVN installed on the same computer, it won't
work. TSVN sets the APR_ICONV_PATH environement variable to its own
folder, and since TSVN was compiled with a statically linked iconv
library and your 1.1.x version of Subversion was built with a
dynamically linked iconv lib ...
