[TSVN] UNICODE support in folder names

I use TSVN 1.0.8 with SVN 1.1rc1 on WinXP.
I have SVN repository with folder "Databáze", but repository browser
cannot browse it, because it makes "Databze" from it.
1. In repository browser create folder "Databáze".
2. Close repository browser.
3. Open repository browser and you will see "Databze" instead
"Databáze".
4. Expand "Databze" folder node -> error.
