[TSVN] Weird sorting in repo-browser

I'm using 1.0.8 now. Clicking on column headings seems to do some kind of
sorting, but not exactly useful sorting:

To see this, open repo-browser and enter the URL
http://svn.plone.org/plone/CMFPlone/branches

Expand the branches folder and click on the date column to sort. It looks
as though it is sorting the text in the column rather than the date value.
Since my system is configured to display dates in dd/mm/yyyy format this
means I get the top few dates ordered: 28/06/2004, 27/05/2003, 27/04/2002,
26/06/2003, 25/03/2003, 24/05/2004 and so on.

I guess that for US users with mm/dd/yyyy dates the sorting is still broken
but perhaps it isn't so immediately obvious since its only for revisions
from a previous year that you would see the difference.

Is this a known problem, or should I report it in the issue tracker?
