[TSVN] problems on NT4 from up version 1.07 to 1.08

Hi,

I'm using ToroiseSVN 1.08 now and at home (on WIndows XP) it works well!
At office I've to work on NT4 and no command of the context
menu seems to do anything (no popup/dialog, not even the "about" command)!

The internet settings I can't change (disabled)!
 From the mailing list: Or do I have to change any registry settings for
Tortoise ?

If there's no solution (for the moment) I would like to switch back to
tortoise
1.06 but I was to fast (believing the best) and have deleted it after
download
of the new version (in your archive I can't find older versions) !

Can somebody help ?
