[TSVN] donations

Stefan,

Have you considered setting up a PayPal account to accept small
donations in addition to the Amazon wish list? I know you're not in it
for the money but anytime a useful open-source project is for the most
part maintained by a single person, I always feel more obliged to donate
than if it's a very large project run by many developers.

But it seems like almost everyone has a PayPal account these days, while
having to go through the Amazon order process might be too much a hassle
for some. Just a thought.
