[TSVN] commit with files out of SVN

hello TortoiseSVN development crew,
I'm starting to use your program and I think I found a little bug

When i commit a directory containing a file which is not under SVN, I've got a window with the list of file under SVN (checked) and the files not under SVN (unchecked).
the OK button is disabled.

I guess that if you check the unchecked files, you mean that you want to add them under SVN and commit them togheter with the others... I guess....

Well, even if I check them, the OK button is still disabled.
This means that if I've got even one single file which is not under SVN control... I cannot proceed with the commit, till I have added it manually.

Is it correct? or it's an unexpected behaviour?

Anyway... good job.. I really like it (I'm an old tortoiseCVS user)..

Oh, by the way.. I'm working to the Italian translation of your product... I hope I'll finish it soon.
