I think this is a serious problem as many people will find TSVN failing for them and not really know
why. Please would you consider a 1.0.8 which changes the way this works. I think you should
provide an option to use IE settings and have it turned off by default so there are three choices:

   - No proxy.
   - IE defined proxy.
   - Manually defined proxy.
