[TSVN] repo access failes with v1.0.7

Indeed, usually I've set up a proxy in the IE connection settings tab. I've
also set up that for
local addresses the proxy isn't used. Does TSVN take this setting into
account?

For testing purposes I've also set up IE to not use a proxy. Nethertheless,
after rebooting TSVN
showed the same error: "[...] 503 Service Unavailable [...]".

Btw, browsing the repository with IE works like a charm.
