[TSVN] repo access failes with v1.0.7

hello,

after updating from version 1.0.6 to 1.0.7 (+ German
language pack) I've no access to the repository. I
always get this error:

"Error * PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/repository'
PROPFIND of '/svn/repository': 503 Service
Unavailable (http://svnserver)"

My colleagues running still version 1.0.6 and have no
problem at all. So I suppose there's no problem with
the Apache2 service.

Anyone else noticed a problem?
