[TSVN] 1.0.7 unable to resolve names.

I recently upgraded from 1.0.6 to 1.0.7 and now when I try to update or
commit I get an error message saying:

PROPFIND request failed on '/Differ'

PROPFIND of '/Differ': Could not resolve hostname 'http=localhost': No such
host is known. (http://cmumfordcvs:800)

I am using Pagent to tunnel cmumfordcvs (which is really localhost) port 800
to my real SVN server through a SSH tunnel.

This was working just fine in 1.0.6. Any ideas?
