You can press the F5 key to refresh. The reason for this change is that
you can now fetch the whole subtree at once by holding down the Ctrl key
when you expand a folder. That's very handy since you then can browse
that subtree much faster since it doesn't have to connect to the
repository every time you expand a folder.
