[TSVN] Cannot choose some languages

Hi,

Thanks Lübbe for preparing Polish language pack so quickly.

Bad news is that after installation Polish didn't appear in the languages
list. Both 1045 dll's are correctly placed in Languages directory.
Reinstallation of Tortoise 1.0.7 didn't help. OS is Win2000 Prof.

Then I've downloaded and installed other language packs. All work OK except
Russian, Chinese and Korean. They didn't appear too.

I'm not sure but it seems that all these language packs were modified today.

Any ideas?
