[TSVN] Can't update after 1.0.7 upgrade

From: Robert Stoeber <Robert_at_usabusiness.net>

I was happily using 1.0.6 on a Windows XP system this morning. I have 4
repositories and worked in two of them today with no trouble.

Then I found the 1.0.7 release and upgraded. I installed over the
previous version, closed applications as the installer requested, and
then rebooted as requested.

Now I can't Update or use the Repo-Browser at all. I get an error:

PROPFIND request failed on '/pn/html/trunk'
PROPFIND of '/pn/html/trunk': Could not resolve hostname ` ': No such
host is known. (https://durango.usabusiness.net)

I have no problem accessing the repository using a web browser.

Subversion version 1.0.5 running on Linux/Apache.

Any ideas?
