I've been looking forward to this, but now it's here it doesn't seem to
make the difference I hoped it would.

I created files _tsvnexcludethis and _tsvnexcluderecursive in C:\
and in every folder in C:\. Right clicking in the C:\ root window still
takes about 10 seconds to produce a popup menu.

I can live with this, but I thought the idea was to speed up this
response. Have I done something wrong?
