[TSVN] 1.0.7 uses HTTP/1.0 ?

Hi,

There is a strange problem about 1.0.7 on my windows XP.
After upgrading to 1.0.7, I cannot update from my own repository
or tsvn repository. It says "400 Bad Request"

The request in my httpd-access.log is
        111.111.111.111 - xxxxxx [21/Jul/2004:11:30:14 +0800] "PROPFIND
                   /svn/repos/branches /foobar HTTP/1.0"
                   207 758 "-" "SVN/1.0.6 (r10360) neon/0. 24.7"

But with 1.0.6, it uses HTTP/1.1 and everything works
fine. I've installed 1.0.7 on another windows xp, but
                 it uses HTTP/1.1 too.

How does TSVN decide which 1.0 or 1.1 it should use?
BTW, my IE uses HTTP 1.1.

Regards,
Cecil.
