RE: [TSVN] UNICODE support for file names

OK.
Now make this:
> 1. In repository browser ("svn://sw_istvanek/Instalations/", local svn
> server on WinXPsp1cz) folder trunk/source -> right click -> Create
> Folder -> "Databáze" -> OK.
2. Close repository browser.
3. Open repository browser.
4. Look up "Databáze" folder. It is not there because browser shows
"Databze" and you cannot delete, remove etc. this folder until you write
its whole URI ending with "Databáze". Then you can work with it.
