[TSVN] merge: how to output the diff?

Hi list,

This seems like a stupid question, but I can't find the answer...

How can I generate a patch (contextual diff) using tortoisesvn? If I do
a diff (from the repository--which I don't have write access to) I can
see the changes I've made in my local file, but I can't find a way to
save that diff so I can submit a patch to those who _do_ have write
access...

I suppose I could use an external diff tool, but it seems like this must
be in tortoiseMerge and I'm just missing it...
