[TSVN] Translation status

Hi Folks,

My call for translators yielded some surprising results! We've got two new
languages (Korean and Russian), thanks to Hojin Choi, Jahong Lee and Dzmitry
Lazerka. Spanish is finally catching up thanks to Fernando Najera and the
other languages are not far behind.

Now we only need a few "Vikings" who grab the scandinavian translations and
bring them up to date. To proove that the greater part of the work is
already done, please look at http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/translations.html
or at the table below.
