[TSVN] New Translating: Russian

Hello dev,

  There are some questions still remains. Most of them relates to
  gender. For example, "program" is feminine gender, so,
  "builtin" have to be fiminine gender, too.

  There are no complicated constructs, but in some places even
  "Lingvo" can't to help me.
