[TSVN] Proxy Settings

('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) ('binary' encoding is not supported, stored as-is) I would be great if Tortoise used the proxy-settings that are used for you Web Browser (e.g. Internet Explorer). I work for different customers, in the office and at home. For most networks you need different Proxy Settings. I use a tool called Proxy Switcher to switch between different proxy servers. This switcher sets the current proxy for e.g. Internet Explorer. It would be very usefull if Turtoise also supports the settings of I.E.
