[TSVN] Unified diffs from the Log window

When you double-click on a log entry in the log window, it brings up the
unified diff (I think) in a text editor. I have noticed this in the
changelog in current CVS

- ADD: Comparing an older revision with the working copy
        on folders. TME is started for this in patch mode
        to avoid "ugly" unified diffs. (Stefan)

Could the same solution be applied to the log window, so double-clicking
an entry brings up TME in patch mode also (or is this what the change is
referring to?)
