[TSVN] Feature requests: merge open dialog - open failure, shortcuts

I use to enter paths and filenames in the open dialog by hand because I do
not like using the mouse...

If I mis-spell the names or fail to enter one path everything is lost. The
dialog closes and comes up empty the next time.
Is it possible to check the presence of the files before closing the
        dialog?

Keyboard shortcuts for the entry fields would be a nice feature too.
        'Tabbing through' is not so comfortable.

(I checked the changelog, but it seems you did no work in this respect
        lately)

Btw - when will 1.07 be available for the public? It must be wonderful...
