[TSVN] Re: Call for translators

I'm sorry to be late for translation process. I finished Japanese
translation. I applied translated po file to TortoiseSVN-1.0.6, and I
confirmed everything was fine. In some dialogues, some labels cannot hold
all Japanese strings. If possible, please make their labels larger than
current size. I will attach some pictures that show those labels.
