[TSVN] Log Messages & copy/paste

In the Log Messages Window, TortoiseSVN display a nice summary of files
changed/modified/added for each revision.
ex:
Modified trunk/calculator/calc.c
Added trunk/calculator/calc.h
...

I would like to use these information to document my changes in a
different system. But since they are displayed in a list box, I cannot
copy/paste these changes form the Log Messages window.
Is there a way to get these changes in a plain text format?
