[TSVN] Re: SOLVED TSVN 1.0.6 - Hanging for 1 user only

Problem eventually fixed by recovering the repository manually through the
command prompt. (Recovering through TSVN on another machine did not work).
Still no idea why it only hung for one user - from what I had read, I assumed
that when a commit was interrupted and the files were left locked, they were
locked to all users, not just one?
