[TSVN] Is there any way to get TortoiseSVN's source code as a compressed file?

Hi,

It seems that I find a bug in TortoiseSVN 1.06 and I wanna fix that if it's

really a bug.:-)

But I can not get souce code because I am behind a firewall and WebDAV is
not allowed. Could you please tell me some way to get source code as a
compact file?
