Yes, it is.

You've asked the very same question a week ago already. And people
answered you question then. If you haven't got the answer you wanted,
then please reword your question. And you could have asked further on
the answers you got last week, not just send your question again.

It seems to me that you have no idea what branch/tag means or does. You
don't have to "change" the source of the branch/tag.
Also: the working copy for which the branch/tag is done is selected by
right-clicking on it in the explorer - that's where the context menu
appears.

Also, I suggest you RTFM.
