[TSVN] Request: on Branch/Tag

Is it possible to create a Brach/Tag from my working copy?

I know that subversion supports this feature, but i've tried in TortoiseSVN
using the Branch/Tag menu item, but it doesn't let me change my working copy
as the source for the brach/tag.
