The ResText tool wasn't ready for until last week when I finally got it
working. So we couldn't switch to gettext sooner.
But if you prefer to use the old way of translating the dlls you can
still do that!

btw: the ResText tool extracts all strings from a resource dll and
writes them to a po-file. This file then can be translated using e.g.
poEdit (http://poedit.sourceforge.net). Then the translated pofile can
be applied back to the resource dll.
