[TSVN] Two quick question for translation

Hi,

Two quick questions for translation.

Sentence #178 says: "Add files to Subversion here". What does it mean?
"Add files, which are here, to Subversion"?

Sentence #179 says: "Move files in Subversion to here". What does it
mean? "Move files, which are controlled by Subversion, to here"?

I really don't fully understand them, and I don't want to create a bad
translated DLL.
