[TSVN] Sug: Update FAQ

Hi,

It's me again ;). I'm a happy user of ASP.NET + svn without a single
problem, and it is possible using the regular version of subversion
(with .svn folders, not _svn).

I'd suggest to update FAQ at
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/docs/TortoiseSVN_en/apas03.html#tsvn-faq-misc-2
to include this wonderful link:

It works really well, its quite simple and very useful. I think the
author won't have any problem to link to their article.

It can help a lot of people that begin to suffer from SourceUnSafe and
wants to try something more stable.
