[TSVN] Feature request: LVS_SHOWSELALWAYS in CListCtrl (of commit dlg)

Hi,

Could you add this style to the list control in the commit dialog (and
maybe others)?

And could you do a "Size to Content" of the two checkboxes in the same
dialog.
If I click 20 cm to the right of the checkbox, it still triggers.
