[TSVN] [TMerge] Feature request: Blue background instead of lines at top and bottom in Locatorbar

Hi,

Could you add (an option to have) a blue background instead of the two
black lines at the top and bottom of the current location in the Locatorbar?
Kinda like Windiff has.
