And how long is "short"? What did you do in the meantime? If you have
installed just _one_ other program, and may it just be some 10KByte
utility may be relevant here.

And what does line 984, col 13 of that script look like?

Why are you sure that either TSVN or SVN causes the problem? It could be
something else?

Some things you should be aware of:
- neither SVN nor TSVN install _anything_ related to an sql database
- we never heard of such a problem before

So my guess is that something else is messed up on your system. I just
can't think of any reason why and how TSVN or SVN could possibly the
reason for a script related to an sql db to fail.

We don't even know how to get this problem, so no, we don't know how to
get rid of it either.
But you could try uninstalling SVN and/or TSVN and check if it works
again. If you've both uninstalled SVN and TSVN and you're script still
doesn't work then you have to look somewhere else...
